Description:
Join local historian, Carol Jensen, as she transports you to the 20th Century and to the “Greatest Spa in America.” In person tour limited to 20 registrants and available only to those attending the in-person lecture at the Los Medaños College, Brentwood Center. Car-pooling encouraged.
We will meet at the front gate of the Byron Hot Springs and proceed on our guided tour of the original grounds. Ruin locations will include, the White Sulfur Springs, the 2nd (Moorish style) Hotel location, Mud Bath location, the Palm Court, the 3rd (1915 brick) Hotel, and more.
Sturdy shoes and water recommended. Children under 15 must be provided with adult supervision. Safety first.
