Description:
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration oversees California's sales and use, fuel, alcohol, tobacco, and other taxes and collects fees. Compliance need not be difficult for the small businessperson. This workshop will cover the California Resale Certificate, sales taxable and nontaxable sales, reporting requirements, internet sales and special circumstances.
